Niagara Regional Exhibition and Fairgrounds
This has been Niagara’s largest fall fair for over 150 years.
The annual event is traditionally on the second weekend of September,
bringing together the farm people, products and displays from the
Niagara agri-tourism industry and farming businesses in Niagara. |

Niagara Grape
and Wine Festival
Wine enthusiasts look forward to the middle of September when the area celebrates
the annual harvest of the grapes. More than 100 exciting events take place
during this ten day celebration.

Free Fireworks
over the Falls
On every Friday and Sunday from mid-May to September, fireworks go off over
the Niagara Falls at 10pm in the evening. Visitors are awed by the colors
that reflect off of the roaring falls.

Art in the Garden
Art in the Garden is held from late May to the end June. What’s unique
about this event is that all the artists are from the Niagara region.

Winter Festival
of Lights
Visitors during the holiday season are able to enjoy Canada's largest lights
festiva. Each night at 5:00 pm the Festival's lights ignite while the mighty
Niagara Falls is illuminated into a fabulous winter wonderland of color
and beauty.

Friendship Festival
Friendship Festival held July 1- July 4 is a celebration of the friendship,
history and cultural shared by Canada and the United States.
- 1000 Islands Music Festival
This will be one of Ontario's largest music festivals of 2009, The 1000 Islands
Music Festival will take place August 13, 14, 15, 2009 at The Dingman Farm
located at 15 Pykeview Drive, Gananoque, in Leeds and 1000 Islands Township.
