A trip to Niagara Falls would not be complete without a visit to the amazing IMAX Theatre! On one huge 60ft screen you’ll experience the life-like immensity of Niagara Falls, not to mention the incredible roaring effects through 12,000 watts of digital surround sound. The IMAX is now featuring “Legends and Daredevils,” showcasing the wonders of the thunderous falls, the treacherous rapids and the death defying stunts performed amid them! Get a close up look at the actual stunt artefacts kept in the Daredevil Gallery. You’ll hear the stories of the many courageous daredevils who attempted to make the jump over the falls. Did you know?
The IMAX Theatre is 4500 times bigger than the average television screen! The film it uses is strong enough to pull a truck, and the 15,000 watt light within an IMAX projector is so bright that if it were on the moon, we could see it from earth with the naked eye! The best thing about IMAX Technology is that it is entirely “made in Canada!”
