It's a natural symbol of power and strength, and a reminder of nature's glory. Our manicured Parks system, historical sites from the War of 1812, man-made wonders and multitude of attractions are enjoyed by all ages year-round. Area wineries and an array of retail shops compliment these attractions and make Niagara a place for everyone to enjoy. Niagara Falls is actually 3 separate waterfalls - The Horseshoe (or Canadian) Falls, the American Falls and the Bridal Veil Falls. The 3 falls are separated by two islands, Goat Island and Luna Island. Entry into Canada: From the United States - US born citizens should carry a passport (required after 1/14/07) or a birth certificate plus photo I.D.; naturalized citizens need naturalization certificates with photo I.D.; permanent residents need alien registration card.
